"Aïcha" is the name of a French song written by the singer songwriter Jean-Jacques Goldman. The song’s original performer is the Algerian raï artist Khaled.
The Danish band, Outlandish, recorded & released an English version of the song. The song peaked at #1 in the Dutch Top 40 & charted on the Swedish and Romanian Singles Charts.
Recently, the English lyrics were revisited and inspired upon. The new lyrics were adapted into a Dimelo-esque Salsa version produced by Hector Manuel Rivera and chosen by Galo Pacheco to launch a much anticipated Salsa release.
